Compensation And Benefits:

• Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)
• Bonus program according to performance

Requirements:

• English: ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS
• Minimum one-year experience as a teacher
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

What you will be doing:

• Lead classroom team to achieve greater effectiveness
• Work with small groups of children ages 0-5 to leverage their learning and model successful behaviors.
• Plan lessons leveraging all areas of development, taking into account the individual needs of the children, using sensory and experiential work and language of thought.
• Conduct a target setting and performance review meeting and report card
• Constant reading and research in the area of education, receive feedback during coaching sessions or on a day-to-day basis
• Participate in constant training
