The lead teacher is responsible for coordinating daily classroom operations, planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience (preferred).
• Completion of state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations.
• Meet background check requirements.
