Qualifications

• Must have preschool gymnastics experience with ability to demonstrate technique.
• Excellent teaching skills with ability to achieve positive and measurable results in the gym.
• Ability to work happily and effectively with a diverse group of students and families.
• Cooperative nature and desire to facilitate program growth, quality, scheduling, operations, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes and deliver the Sweet Pea curriculum.
• Regularly communicate learning objectives to parents and provide evaluations.
• Attend required training and gym-wide meetings.
• Substitute to ensure classes are covered when needed.
• Promote Wisconsin Swim Academy's core values of Safety, Positivity, Community, Empathy, and Honesty.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability in all classes and duties.
