Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics in Jensen Beach, FL is hiring a Part-Time Gymnastics Instructor to join the Sweet Peas & Small Fish Big Fish team. If you love working with kids, bring energy, and help little ones build confidence, strength, and coordination in a safe, supportive environment, we want to meet you!

Location: Jensen Beach, FL • Pay: $14.50 • Experience: 1+ years preferred. A flexible schedule, training, and a fun team atmosphere are offered.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with children (gymnastics, sports, camps, babysitting, or similar preferred).
• Basic understanding of gymnastics skills and a willingness to learn proper technique, terminology, and coaching methods.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with kids.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with children, parents, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote, teach and demonstrate gymnastics skills.
• Attend department and gym-wide meetings.
• Assist the Gymnastics Director in meeting department goals and vision.
• Conduct lessons safely following program needs and ratios.
