Qualifications

• Relevant preschool gymnastics experience and knowledge.
• Strong personal gymnastics skills and ability to demonstrate technique.
• Excellent teaching skills and ability to achieve positive results in gym.
• Optimistic and positive approach to Preschool Gymnastics Teacher role.
• Ability to work happily with diverse students and families.
• Ability to influence peers and superiors positively.
• Cooperative nature and ability to assist in program growth, quality, scheduling, operations, and budgeting.
• Superior interactive skills with children, parents and the public.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes and implement the Sweet Pea curriculum with goals and mastery.
• Regularly teach classes as assigned, maintaining consistency and attendance.
• Communicate learning objectives to parents; provide evaluations and promotions.
• Support and participate in facility special events.
• Assist management in department goals and scheduling.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold core values: Safety, Positivity, Community, Empathy, Honesty.
