• Relevant preschool gymnastics experience and knowledge.
• Strong personal gymnastics skills and ability to demonstrate technique.
• Excellent teaching skills and ability to achieve positive results in the gym.
• Optimistic and positive approach to the Preschool Gymnastics Teacher role.
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of students and families.
• Ability to influence peers and superiors positively.
• Support growth of the program including scheduling, operations, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes following the Sweet Pea curriculum with clear weekly goals.
• Learn and master skills for each level and ensure consistent class delivery.
• Communicate learning objectives to parents through evaluations and interactions.
• Assist in planning and executing facility events and promotions.
• Be flexible, cover classes when needed, and maintain schedule discipline.
