The role supports daily operations and classroom coverage to maintain a caring environment for children. The position involves greeting families, assisting with schedules, maintaining child files, answering calls, and covering classrooms as needed to keep operations

Responsibilities

• Greet parents, children and other employees on their arrival
• Assist the management team with the day to day operations as delegated and instructed
• Take hourly classroom counts
• Assist with the schedule
• Keep up to date files on each child
• Answer phone calls professionally and able to take accurate messages
• Attend with sick children
• Able to cover classrooms for breaks and coverage if needed
• Assist with the closing procedures
