Kids ‘R’ Kids West Frisco is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to support daily operations at our learning academy. You will greet parents and children, assist management, and help maintain a positive, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include taking hourly classroom counts, assisting with schedules, keeping up-to-date child files, handling phone messages professionally, escorting ill children, covering classrooms for breaks, and helping with closing procedures.

• Greet parents, children and other employees on their arrival
• Assist the management team with the day to day operations as delegated and instructed
• Take hourly classroom counts
• Assist with the schedule
• Keep up to date files on each child
• Answer phone calls professionally and able to take accurate messages
• Attend with sick children
• Able to cover classrooms for breaks and coverage if needed
• Assist with the closing procedures
