Job summary

Stratford School in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Preschool Multi-Campus Floater Teacher to support our Sunnyvale De Anza Park campuses. This developmental role provides day-to-day instructional support across Preschool and Pre-K classrooms, with potential to lead when needed.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with an hourly pay range of $27.00–$29.00. You will help with supervision, lesson planning, safety, routines, and family communication while preparing for future Classroom Teacher

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage in Preschool–Pre-K as needed.
• Follow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignments.
• Supervise and engage children to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Support daily classroom routines, including nap and snack times.
• Assist with toileting and diaper changing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, and families.
• Assist with administrative or campus-wide support tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
