The Learning Experience in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Preschool Floater to support multiple classrooms and young learners across the day. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where flexibility and a passion for early education shine.

You will assist lead teachers with curriculum-based activities, supervise children, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom aligned with licensing standards. Strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in childcare or educational setting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check clearance.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude.
