The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Floater Teacher to join our team from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm M-F. At The Learning Experience, you can have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where "happy happens here" is not just a motto but a way of life.

We are looking for a preschool teacher committed to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive and providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for education and care of children.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach within every classroom to gain varied experience.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using its characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and personal discussions.

As a Floater Teacher, you will:

• Gain experience teaching within every classroom

Do You:
