Seven Hills Foundation Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking an Early Educator – Teacher to join a preschool classroom.

You will support planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children and families. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, a Teacher Certification or CDA, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 21 with relevant childcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Teacher Certification or CDA credential strongly preferred.
• Two-year early childhood education program approved by OCCS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment for preschoolers.
• Support planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate lessons.
