Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA EEC Director I certification or willingness to obtain.
• CDA credential or completion of a two-year early childhood program approved for education experience.
• Three credits in Child Growth and nine months of work experience or one practicum.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
• Prepare and implement weekly lesson plans with the Lead Teacher.
• Maintain classroom records and communicate with parents.
• Adhere to agency policies including confidentiality and reporting of abuse.
