The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director who will lead daily operations and drive educational excellence.

You will recruit and develop a talented team, ensure licensing compliance, manage enrollment growth, and partner with families and the community to deliver outstanding early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Proven childcare leadership experience.
• Massachusetts Director I & II Certification.
• Knowledge of EEC regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education.
