Job summary

The Learning Experience - Lee's Summit, MO, is in search of a Preschool Curriculum Specialist to lead curriculum implementation and guide teachers in delivering an enriching educational experience. This role includes responsibilities such as managing classroom activities and conducting tours for prospective families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, with at least two years of management experience preferred. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take on closing responsibilities in a 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift.
• Guide teachers in implementing proprietary curriculum.
• Support management with auditing child files and onboarding new employees.
• Float between classrooms to assist with breaks and distribution of supplies.
• Engage prospective families through in-person tours and community events.

Responsibilities

• Take on closing responsibilities, this is a 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. shift only!
• Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.
• Spend your day in the classroom immersed with learning and helping support and empower teachers.
• Support management by auditing child files, onboarding new employees, new child orientations and first day photos, laundry, and closing responsibilities.
• Float between each classroom while assisting with breaks, call outs, distribution of supplies, auditing DOL boards.
• Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
• Engage prospective families through in‑person tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
