Little Masters Development Center in Flushing, NY is seeking a dedicated Certified NYS Special Education Teacher to lead CPSE classrooms for preschoolers with developmental delays and disabilities. The role focuses on inclusive, family-centered services and collaboration with multidisciplinary professionals.

You will implement IEP-aligned instruction, develop engaging lesson plans, and participate in CPSE meetings, with a commitment to high-quality education in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Special Education Certification required.
• Experience in ABA.
• Previous classroom teaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals.
• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in CPSE meetings, IEP development, and team planning.
• Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to meet students' unique learning needs.
