The Learning Experience - Farmers Branch is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director to support the daily operations of the center. Key responsibilities include assisting in staff recruitment, overseeing licensing compliance, and conducting center evaluations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. This full-time position offers a pay range of $13.00 - $18.00 per hour, primarily on weekdays, with an emphasis on teaching and compliance oversight.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Assistant Director experience required.
• Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director with the daily operation of the Center.
• Assist with recruitment and orientation of new team members.
• Oversee licensing compliance and audit personnel files.
• Conduct center tours and manage relationships with prospective families.
