Job summary

The Learning Experience - Green Valley Ranch is seeking a Preschool Center Director with a passion for early education. You will lead the center, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and guide teachers through our curriculum to deliver a nurturing learning environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and state director credentials, with strong staff development and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential, plus any other state guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for children and staff, building trust and inclusivity.
• Ensure health and safety SOPs and licensing compliance at the center.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and drive engaging learning experiences.
• Drive business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations including AR/AP, monthly P&L, and payroll.
• Engage families via in-person and virtual tours, organize community events to raise awareness and enrollment.
