The Learning Experience in Colorado Springs is seeking a Center Director to lead a passionate team and deliver high-quality early education. You will drive enrollment, staffing, and daily operations while upholding safety, licensing standards, and the brand promise.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, execute marketing plans, and partner with families to ensure a positive, engaging learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center management or people leadership experience preferred.
• At least one year of direct leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, inspiring trust and collaboration across the center.
• Oversee enrollment, staffing, and budget to meet business goals.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing compliance, and program quality.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
