Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience caring for children.
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to obtain PA Criminal clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI clearance.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic computer tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care and supervise children ages 3 to 5.
• Assist with lesson planning and create engaging activities.
• Inform parents about the child's day.
• Clean and organize the room, toys, and equipment.
• Participate in quality initiatives, such as Keystone Stars, to enhance programming.
