Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a transportation specialist to support Head Start centers in Mississippi. You will transport children to and from sites, enforce seat belt usage, and position children in age- and weight-appropriate seats to ensure safety.

You will complete daily sign-on and sign-off sheets by name, deliver children to authorized adults, monitor health and behavior, and coordinate paperwork between homes and centers.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to monitor and promote child safety on vehicle.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills for sign-in/out accounting.

Responsibilities

• Transport children to and from Head Start centers safely.
• Ensure seat belts are worn and children are in appropriate seats.
• Complete daily sign-on and sign-off sheets by name.
• Deliver children to authorized adults on the pickup list.
• Monitor health of children and report concerns.
• Coordinate paperwork between homes and Head Start sites.
• Collaborate with staff to design efficient routes.
