Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for Teacher Assistant.
• Background clearances and health screenings required.
• CDA preferred but not required if state requirements are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive classroom environment with care and respect for each child.
• Greet children and families daily; build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual; document incidents per policy.
• Communicate professionally with families using Cadence-approved tools.
