Preschool Teaching Assistant

Gan Academy is looking to hire a wonderful teaching assistant who can join our small preschool! We are proud to have a small one-classroom school that focuses on close family and child relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support lead teacher in daily classroom operations
• Develop and maintain a curriculum that is fun and educational for 3-5-year-old children
• Ensure that the school is fostering an inviting and nurturing environment for the children
• Employ a variety of educational techniques
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
