Early Childhood Lead Teacher Gan Academy

Gan Academy is excited to bring a new teacher into our warm and close-knit community! We are looking for someone who will contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of children and create joyful daily experiences.

We have a small, one-classroom school that allows us to build close relationships with children and families. Responsibilities

• Plan lessons targeting specific skills and concepts, manage classroom behavior, and provide individual support and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a fun, educational curriculum for children aged 3-5.
• Create an inviting and nurturing environment for children.
• Encourage social interaction and help resolve conflicts.
• Organize nap and snack times, supervise children for safety.
• Support children's development and communicate with parents.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom environment.
