The Assistant Preschool Teacher has the primary responsibility to support the Preschool teacher and classroom in the promotion the social, emotional, physical, approaches to learning and cognitive development of each child in a safe and supervised educational environment. And works daily with children, parents, and coworkers in an effective, safe, and developmentally appropriate approach for early childhood programs by performing the following duties

REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HiSET)
Must provide proof of valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance
Medical exam and TB Assessment is required prior to hire and again every 5 years
Background screening to include fingerprinting is required prior to hire and again every 5 years
