Preschool Assistant Early Childhood Education Teacher

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking creative, enthusiastic early childhood assistant teachers to join our preschool program. The ideal candidate combines fun and energy with maturity, thoughtfulness, and experience in engaging with youth in a safe, healthy manner.

Strong customer service skills and a positive work attitude are essential, as you will serve as a role model for our preschoolers. Our center offers a supportive work environment where staff feel valued and respected. We provide extensive training and learning opportunities to support career advancement in early childhood education.

This is a part-time, year-round position, up to 28 hours per week, with additional hours possible during summer. The salary range is $16-22/hour, based on experience and availability, plus a 10% bilingual bonus for staff fluent in Spanish and English.
