Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Leadership or administrative experience required.
• Knowledge of licensing and compliance (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in daily school operations.
• Assist with staff supervision, mentoring, and support.
• Help ensure licensing compliance and quality standards.
• Build strong, professional relationships with families.
• Support enrollment, staffing, and classroom consistency.
• Foster a positive, collaborative school culture.
• Assist with staff evaluations, training, and onboarding.
