• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education; 64 semester hours including at least 21 semester hours in Child Development/ECE/ECSE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Assist in promotion of social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
