Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Preschool Aide to support a vibrant early childhood classroom in New Hampshire. This on-site, 20-hours-per-week role focuses on guiding and assisting young learners and teachers in a collaborative school setting.

Key duties include assisting with routines and activities, maintaining a positive environment, preparing instructional materials, supervising students, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• NH Aide License required.
• Experience assisting in general education or preschool classrooms is desirable.
• Familiarity with classroom routines and early childhood best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow teacher and administrative directions.
• District or state-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Offer attentive support to preschool students, both individually and in groups.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Aid lead teacher in preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom activities.
• Supervise students during routines, transitions, and activities.
• Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Uphold school protocols and safety standards at all times.
