Upstate Caring Partners, Inc. is seeking a Preschool Aide to support classroom activities, help implement IEP goals, and assist the teacher in daily routines. You will back up the teacher when needed and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment for young children.

This role involves assisting during field trips, meals, toileting assistance, and supporting therapy goals with the therapist. Strong teamwork and sensitivity to children's needs are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or coursework in early childhood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual and group activities aligned with IEP goals and act as back-up for the teacher.
• Participate in classroom maintenance, field trips, feeding, and toileting.
• Assist in training new aides and orient them to classroom routines.
• Assume duties of lunch/float aide.
• Assist therapist in carrying out therapy goals.
