Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to students and staff while working in and out of a variety of classrooms
• records data and modifies program based on student progress
• works 1:1 or in small group with students on the autism spectrum
• implements structured behavior protocols and ABA techniques
• participates in parent conferences and TEAM meetings
• substitutes for teachers when requested
• assists in developing and implementing reinforcement programs
