Job Description – Cognitive Infra Architect (Hybrid Cloud)
Job Description:
As a Cognitive Infrastructure Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for demand generation, business use cases and managing cognitive solutions tailoring to the customer needs. This role requires a robust understanding of cognitive technologies, data analytics, and infrastructure management to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presales and GTM: Respond to the customer’s requirements reactively and proactively work with HCLTech’s Sales and Account Teams.
- Cognitive Solutions Development: Design and develop cognitive infrastructure solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cognitive technology implementation and facilitate integration efforts.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in cognitive technologies and infrastructure, applying best practices within the organization.
- Requirements Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Technical Leadership: Lead in-depth technical discussions and architectural reviews with clients.
- RFx Contributions: Create and provide high-quality content for RFx responses, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy.
- Presentation Delivery: Develop and present both high-level and detailed technical presentations to customers and prospects.
- Sales Consultation: Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Competitive Positioning: Provide strategic guidance on competitive positioning and winning themes.
- Business Targets: to agree upon business target numbers every fiscal and approach towards meeting/exceeding the same as per HCLTech guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Experience in writing solution documents, statements of work (SOW), and RFP responses.
- Ability to create compelling business cases and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
- Proficient in data centre architecture, including VMware and OpenShift.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Strong multitasking ability and capability to work independently.
- Experience in Solution Designing and deployment of High-Performance computing/AI Compute Network and Storage Solutions
- Good Knowledge on public cloud HPC and AI stack that includes AWS Azure and Google Cloud.
- Good Knowledge on Workload schedulers like LSF, PBSpro and Slurm and Container Orchestration platform like Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of HPC applications verticals like Semiconductor, Healthcare Academics and research
- Strong background in cognitive infrastructure solutions based on OEMs like Dell, Nutanix, HPE, Nvidia.
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms such as agentic AI, ChatGPT, Meta, etc.
- Knowledge of LLM Ops.
