Job summary

CDW is seeking a Presales Manager for Security, Business Applications & Employee Experience/Customer Experience (EXCX) to lead a team of technical presales professionals. You will coach, set clear goals, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Services to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years in presales or 11+ years with 1+ year managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of presales processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience coaching and mentoring technical professionals and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of presales engineers supporting Security, Business Applications and EXCX opportunities.
• Provide coaching, set expectations, drive accountability, and support professional development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services to drive pipeline, win rates, and customer outcomes.
• Review proposals and demonstrations to ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes.
• Track KPIs and forecast accuracy, and drive best practices across the presales team.
