Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Presales Customer Service Representative at our Mobile club. The role focuses on creating brand awareness, distributing flyers, and generating potential leads while delivering top-notch customer service to members and prospects.

You will greet and check in members, assist with member updates, manage the POS system, and help maintain an inviting, clean club environment. Part-time hours with benefits like a gym membership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude and upbeat personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create brand awareness in surrounding areas.
• Distribute flyers to surrounding areas.
• Obtain leads for surrounding area.
• Inform prospective members about memberships and current promotions.
• Greet and check in members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls politely and professionally.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Ensure retail items are stocked.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Maintain club cleanliness and neatness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
