What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Serve as a subject matter expert for AWS, leading presales and delivery efforts for IT migration, optimization, and transformation solutions
2. Facilitate group whiteboarding sessions to articulate Rackspace solutions and methodologies
3. Manage coordination between various internal departments and third-party partners to create effective solutions for clients
4. Communicate with project managers and extended teams to ensure timely project delivery and address potential risks
5. Design and architect customized cloud solutions tailored to client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 10+ years of combined technical support and pre-sales technical support experience
2. Expert-level knowledge of AWS
3. Experience working in a project environment, in a supplier, vendor, or consultant capacity
4. Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly
5. Familiarity with Professional Services delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile and Waterfall)
