We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support the growth of our internal AI-driven product suite and solution offerings, in addition to Case Management for law firms, as well as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) platforms for corporate legal departments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong presentation skills, and a proven track record of working within the legal technology market. This is a client-facing role that blends technical acumen with business strategy, working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to articulate value, design solutions, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations & Reporting (65%)

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle for our AI-based Case Management, CLM, and ELM solutions
  • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and tailored solution design sessions for prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales executives to understand client requirements and develop effective solution strategies
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and present clear, compelling proposals and RFP responses
  • Provide market and client feedback to product teams to help shape product roadmap and solution enhancements
  • Partner with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless handoff and solution integrity
  • Stay current on legal tech trends, competitor offerings, and AI developments in the legal space

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in the legal technology or legal services market
  • Deep understanding of legal operations, legal case management, CLM, and/or ELM systems (e.g., Mitratech, Onit, SimpleLegal, TeamConnect, Ironclad, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or selling AI-driven or SaaS-based legal solutions
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work collaboratively across functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with legal AI platforms or workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, API integrations, and cloud platforms
  • Background in consulting or implementation roles a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on professional software demonstrations
