Job summary

Hanshow is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to manage day-to-day logistics for the Americas region, ensuring timely order processing, inventory accuracy, and efficient fulfillment. This role partners with internal teams and external logistics providers to maintain service quality and optimize regional delivery performance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in cross-border logistics, solid experience with OMS/WMS/TMS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years in cross-border logistics or overseas warehousing.
• Hands-on with OMS, WMS and TMS.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Understanding of international shipping and customs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across the Americas, including order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor OMS/WMS workflows to ensure accuracy and on-time processing.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, reconcile inventory, and manage stock transfers.
• Manage outbound fulfillment and POD tracking from picking to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain service quality.
• Resolve transit exceptions and carrier disruptions with minimal impact.
• Track regional KPIs and drive continuous improvements.

The Senior Logistics Specialist oversees order fulfillment and supply chain operations across the Americas. Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners, the role ensures high service quality and optimal regional delivery efficiency by proactively managing transit exceptions and system workflows.

What you will do:

• Daily Logistics Management: Oversee day-to-day logistics operations across the Americas region, including order processing, inbound/outbound fulfillment, inventory monitoring, and swift exception handling.
• System Tracking & Execution: Monitor order workflows across OMS and WMS platforms to guarantee high accuracy and on-time processing standards.
• Inbound & Inventory Control: Coordinate inbound shipments, reconcile inventory data across systems, handle stock transfers, and address discrepancies proactively.
• Outbound Fulfillment & POD Tracking: Manage outbound operations from picking through final delivery, ensuring timely collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) and confirmation of receipt.
• Stakeholder & Provider Collaboration: Liaise closely with internal operations teams, warehouse partners, suppliers to maintain service quality.
• Logistics Incident & Risk Mitigation: Resolve transit exceptions—including delivery delays, lost cargo, customs clearance hold-ups, and carrier disruptions with minimal operational impact.
• Regional Optimization & Key Accounts: Track fulfillment metrics in key strategic markets, driving continuous improvements in delivery performance, routing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Support: Execute additional cross-functional logistics projects and task assignments as directed by the manager.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in cross-border logistics, international supply chain operations, or overseas warehousing (e-commerce logistics experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with logistics management platforms, including OMS, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
• In-depth understanding of international shipping workflows, customs considerations, and end-to-end overseas warehouse management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to drive problem resolution across internal teams, suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (What Will Make You Stand Out):

• Deep understanding of software design, code security, and internet security vulnerabilities.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS architecture and open-source development tools.
• Demonstrated track record of designing, scaling, or optimizing high-performance, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with container management platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Nomad, or Mesos).
• Chinese proficiency is desirable.
