Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Primary Production Scheduler to own the master production schedule across pre-roll manufacturing and flower packaging. You will translate demand signals into executable daily and weekly plans, coordinating with demand, inventory, materials, and production capacity.

You will lead a network of site-based schedulers, coaching and standardizing scheduling practices, driving continuous improvement, and delivering reliable, executable plans across GTI facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or operations.
• Experience coaching schedulers and leading teams.
• Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the network-level master production schedule across all SKUs.
• Apply pull-based scheduling to minimize WIP and improve flow.
• Translate weekly demand plans into daily schedules for operations.
• Maintain scheduling tools and data integrity for reliability.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and KPI tracking across sites.
