Job summary

Sheridan is seeking a Prepress Technician for 2nd shift to support production and ensure quality control of plates, content assembly, and color proofs. The role requires adherence to schedules and data collection.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with 40 hours weekly. Overtime pay applies after 40 hours; a $1,000 hiring bonus is offered after 12 weeks, along with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Digital Prepress Technician willbe responsible forproduction and quality control of all plates, assembling content and contract color proofs, andmaintainingschedule and data collection sheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSETrequired.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skillsrequired.
• Basic computer skills/knowledgerequired.
• Ability to perform work productively and safely.
• Reliable; good attendance isrequired.
• Required to work overtime, according to departmental policy.
• Mustpossessabilityto work at a rapid pace.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs.frequently.
• Continuous standingrequired.
• Frequent walking, handling, and reaching/working overheadrequired.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawlingrequired.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterityrequired.
