Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Prepress Technician for 2nd shift in New Hampshire. The role will focus on production and quality control of plates, assembling content and contract color proofs, and maintaining schedules and data collection sheets.

The position requires basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and the stamina for overtime work. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs and wear protective PPE as needed. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
• Ability to work overtime according to departmental policy.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must pass color perception test and wear PPE as required.

Job Summary:

The Digital Prepress Technician willbe responsible forproduction and quality control of all plates, assembling content and contract color proofs, andmaintainingschedule and data collection sheets.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSETrequired.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skillsrequired.
• Basic computer skills/knowledgerequired.
• Ability to perform work productively and safely.
• Reliable; good attendance isrequired.
• Required to work overtime, according to departmental policy.
• Mustpossessabilityto work at a rapid pace.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs.frequently.
• Continuous standingrequired.
• Frequent walking, handling, and reaching/working overheadrequired.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawlingrequired.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterityrequired.

• Must wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 40 hours/week

Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week

Eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks!
