Japs-Olson Company is seeking a skilled 2nd Pressman for the day shift (6 AM–6 PM), working 3 to 4 days per week. The role involves operating and maintaining cutting-edge web printing equipment, coordinating with the 1st Pressman, and ensuring high-quality output.

You will participate in setup, color changes, and press cleaning, while contributing to a safe, collaborative production floor. Ideal candidates have prior experience with commercial web presses and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities
