Responsibilities

• Wash and put away dishes during shift.
• Keep dish room clean; polish machines; empty traps.
• Maintain chemical levels for dish machine; notify when replacement needed.
• Prepare food offerings per manager's specs.
• Label and date dishes with ingredients.
• Take out trash/recycling/food waste as directed.
• Maintain kitchen in orderly condition per managers.
• Clean spills; sweep, mop, polish area.
• Follow food safety/cold/hot storage procedures.
• Report equipment repairs or upgrades.
• Read and initial daily deli logs.
• Attend team and storewide meetings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
