Earth Fare Asheville is seeking a Specialty Team Leader in a full-time role. As a Manager, you will model Earth Fare Mission and lead a team within the department to meet financial goals, maintain safety standards, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

You will supervise production of prepared foods, manage ordering and inventory, and uphold merchandising guidelines while supporting store operations as a key holder. Experience in food service and leadership of 10+ staff is required.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience managing a team of 10+ people.
• Knowledge of food service industry trends and common allergens and dietary terms.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation; proper use of kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Proven success managing shrink, sales, gross-profit and total overhead of a department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook); ability to learn Falcon handheld scanner.

Aufgaben

• Train & develop team members; communicate Earth Fare vision and goals to staff.
• Supervise production of in-house prepared foods and display quality products.
• Order and receive deliveries; schedule; monitor sales, shrink, and inventory reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the department and fixtures.
• Serve as a key holder to support store operations.
