Job summary

River Valley Co-op in Northampton, MA is looking for a Prepared Foods Team Baker who can bake a variety of fresh goods and provide friendly customer service. You will help create appealing displays, prep desserts, and support sales and margins while upholding cooperative values.

This role requires early morning availability, physical stamina, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Previous bakery experience is preferred; training is provided.
