Good Foods Co-op is a community-owned natural foods grocery dedicated to providing high-quality, local, and sustainable products. As a cooperative, we're committed to supporting our community, local farmers, and producers while creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.

We're looking for a Baker who enjoys creating high-quality baked goods from scratch, takes pride in their craft, and works well as part of a collaborative team in our Prepared Foods Department.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help provide fresh, high-quality bakery products by:

Physical & Work Environment
  • Fast-paced bakery and grocery environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive food preparation.
  • Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to hot ovens, baking equipment, refrigerated storage, and freezer areas.
  • Ability to work safely around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting wage: Grade 2 ($15.86/hour), with annual performance reviews and growth opportunities.
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including:
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
  • 401(k) with company matching after one year.
