Responsibilities

• Mix and bake a varied assortment of pastries and breads as directed.
• Plan and maintain attractive, stocked dessert sections and displays.
• Assist with special orders and keep product information available to customers and staff.
• Record waste using proper shrink sheets and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Participate in inventory counts and keep department tools in good working order.
• Attend team and storewide meetings and support the Prepared Foods Kitchen Manager.
