The Prepared Foods Shift Leader at Community Food Co-op is a working leader who guides daily front-of-house and back-of-house tasks. You will supervise production, coach staff, and ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

You will lead shift huddles, manage priorities, and support seamless operations with reliable attendance, flexible schedules, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Organize, prioritize, and direct daily work, adjusting assignments based on business needs.
• Lead shift huddles and clearly communicate priorities, expectations, and updates.
• Provide training, coaching, and real-time feedback to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate breaks and staffing to maintain coverage during peak times.
• Reassign tasks and shift staff between areas to support workflow and service levels.
• Address and communicate staff concerns to management as appropriate.
