Community Food Co-op in Bellingham, WA is hiring a Prepared Foods Shift Leader. This hands-on role combines frontline service with team leadership to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will organize daily work, lead shift huddles, train colleagues, and maintain standards across production and service while collaborating with managers. Union position; non-exempt; wage range $21.68–$25.75 per hour; weekends/holidays coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate breaks and staffing for proper coverage during peak times.
• Ensure production schedules, prep lists, and merchandising are completed.
• Oversee orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
