Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to perform production, counter service, sanitation, and stocking duties across Prepared Foods venues. The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to SOPs, and teamwork to support store programs and health regulations.

Responsibilities include accurate labeling, rotation, waste documentation, and assisting customers with product knowledge. Lifts up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours per 8-hour shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Aufgaben

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Ensures proper use of measuring devices and adherence to recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional store products.
• Maintains clean and organized walk-ins and freezers.
• Arrives on time and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
