Whole Foods Market is seeking an entry-level Team Member in West Hartford to perform preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will deliver courteous, friendly, and efficient service, follow store procedures, and support on-floor operations with customers and Team Members at all times.

Responsibilities include labeling and rotating products, maintaining clean working areas, and assisting in opening, mid, and closing duties.

Qualificações

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets Whole Foods Market guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms; follows recipes and uses correct measuring devices.
• Helps customers understand the difference between Whole Foods Market products and products at conventional stores.
• Maintains clean and organized walk‑ins and freezers.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
